Parent & Child Lessons (6 months – 2 years)
A parent-assisted introduction focused on water comfort, bonding, and early safety. Parents join their child in the water while I guide structured activities that develop:
• Water comfort and trust
• Assisted with floating and kicking
• Gentle submersion readiness
• Basic water safety habits
This program focuses on building positive early experiences that set the foundation for future independence.
Preschool Swim Lessons (3 – 6 years)
These lessons focus on developing water independence and essential survival skills in a safe, supportive environment. Swimmers work on:
• Independent floating (front and back).
• Breath control
• Gliding and kicking
• Introduction to freestyle (front crawl) and backstroke
• Pool safety rules
The goal is to build confidence while strengthening core water skills.
Youth Swim Lessons (6 – 15 years)
Designed to improve technique, endurance, and overall stroke development. Students refine:
• Freestyle and backstroke technique
• Introduction to breaststroke and butterfly
• Flip turns and body positioning
• Endurance and breath control
• Water safety awareness
Each lesson is personalized based on skill level and goals.
Advanced Swim Training
For swimmers ready to refine technique, improve endurance, and advance their skills. Training includes:
• Advanced stroke mechanics
• Flip turns and open turns
• Speed and pacing work
• Endurance conditioning
• Technique correction and efficiency.
These sessions are structured and performance-driven.
Adult Swim Lessons
